What we offer
The Gilded Age Tours and The Grand Tours will be offered on an appointment-only basis and in limited quantities once tours resume in 2024.
Once your appointment day/time is approved, tickets must be purchased online and are not available at the mansion. Further information regarding ticket prices and purchasing options will be forthcoming.
Because this is also a residence, guests are required to wear masks while inside the mansion. If you remove your mask, you will be asked to leave the tour. Other preventative measures may be requested as events warrant. Please review our Health & Safety Policy for more details.

Our Tours
Gilded age tour
This tour takes you on a 45-minute guided tour of the first and second floors of the mansion and the formal gardens. An experienced docent will lead the way and share with you the story of the mansion, its unique and stunning rooms and the remarkable collections.
the grand tour
This 90-minute tour expands upon the Gilded Age Tour and allows you to explore all three floors, including the Italianate tower with a 360-degree view of Charleston and beyond. You’ll learn even more about the mansion and its rare and exquisite collections of art and antiquities. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the most unique Gilded Age Mansion in the South.
